Gr 1 Titanium Tube Sheet
U-shaped expansion joint is commonly used in fixed tubesheet heat exchanger. It has the advantages of compact and simple structure, good compensation and low price.
With the large-scale of chemical equipment and power stations, the diameter of tubesheet is becoming larger and larger. Tubesheet with diameter of 4m-5m is very common. Large tubesheet is characterized by large number of tube holes, dense, small diameter, deep, high precision and finish requirements.

The main factors affecting tube sheet corrosion are:
1. Medium composition and concentration: the influence of concentration is different. For example, in hydrochloric acid, the greater the concentration, the more serious the corrosion. Carbon steel and stainless steel are severely corroded in sulfuric acid with a concentration of about 50%, but the corrosion decreases sharply when the concentration increases to more than 60%;
2. Impurities: harmful impurities include chloride ion, sulfur ion, cyanide ion, ammonia ion, etc., which will cause serious corrosion in some cases;
3. Temperature: corrosion is a chemical reaction. The corrosion rate increases by about 1 ~ 3 times when the temperature increases by 10 ℃, but there are exceptions;
4. PH value: generally, the smaller the pH value, the greater the corrosion of metal;
5.Flow rate: in most cases, the greater the flow rate, the greater the corrosion. one
