Gr1 Gr2 industrial pure titanium pipe mechanical properties and physical properties are similar to stainless steel pipe. It is good plasticity, easy processing molding,easy  stamping, good welding performance. In the atmosphere and seawate ,titanium is with good corrosion resistance.The oxidation resistance is also stronger than stainless steel, but low heat resistance. It is mainly used for stamping parts and corrosion-resistant parts with little force but high plasticity, such as aircraft skeleton, ship pipelines, valves, heat exchangers, distillation towers, cold zone devices, compressor valves and so on. High plasticity parts is required to use Gr1 titanium, and the most widely used is Gr2 for other parts.Gr2 Titanium seamless fube for heat exchanger is based on the standard of ASTM B338,with strict quality and testing requirements.
