Characteristics of titanium plates:

1. Titanium plate is the surface of the oxide film is equivalent to a good wear resistant hair separation agent, the use of titanium plate to save the separation agent, so that the plate easy stripping, eliminating the pre-treatment process of the plate, the titanium plate is half lighter than copper plate.

2. The service life of titanium plate is more than 3 times that of copper plate, which can reach 10 to 20 years according to operating conditions.

3. Electrolytic copper made from titanium plate has dense crystal structure, smooth surface and excellent quality.

4. Since the titanium plate does not need to be applied with separation agent, the pollution of copper electrolyte can be avoided.

The packaging of Titanium Sheet is done by our factory according to the specification and size of the sheets being delivered. Most of sheets are packed in standard export plywood box in order to avoid the fumigation and damage of goods during the shipment.
