History of EN1092-1

The BS4504 standard is now considered to be obsolete and has been replaced by the En 1092-1 Type 11 Welding Neck Flange. This EN 1092-1 Slip On Flange has also been listed in British Standards as the BS-EN 1092. The En 1092-1 Flange Material, has evolved from the DIN 2501 standard. DIN 2501, is a standard which has become a part of the ISO 7005, following which the Flange EN 1092-1 RF was created as the standard for DIN based flanges.
