Standard Specification for Gr2 Titanium Flange

ASTM B381 / SB381M-This specification covers 39 grades of annealed titanium and titanium alloys. The grades of titanium and titanium alloy metals covered by this specification shall comply with the specified chemical composition requirements.

ANSI B16.5-standard covers alloy pipe flanges and flange fittings from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24 metric/inch in pressure class 150 to class 2500.

The ANSI B16.48-standard covers pressure-temperature ratings, materials, dimensions, tolerances, markings and tests. Working pipe blanks with sizes from NPS 1⁄2 to NPS 24 are used for ASME B16 at 150, 300, and 600. 5 Installation between flanges, 900, 1500 and 2500 pressure ratings.
